As every piece is personally energized for you, we have a no replacement policy.
📦 Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition.
🎥 Please make sure to record a clear parcel opening video and share it on WhatsApp: 9266232028 — only then you’ll be eligible for replacement / exchange / return.
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item to be exchanged must be in its original, unused condition.
- The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase must be presented to initiate an exchange.
- Returns accepted only for damaged items.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged.
- Customized bracelets are crafted uniquely for you and are not eligible for exchange.

- Shipping for Exchange:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
- Exchange Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange after the item has been received.
- Receiving Your Replacement:
- Replacement items will be shipped using standard shipping.
- You will be notified via email once your replacement item is on its way.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – If Cancelled order within 12 Hrs of from placing order customer is eligible for complete refund. Within next 72 working days payment will be transferred automatically into the bank account via payment mode used by the customer.
